The City of Shenandoah is beginning a number of projects in 2023 that will bring changes to all areas of the city.  In order to help you plan travel needs, as well as keep you informed on the progress, the website will now feature "Construction Zone."

Research Forest Lift Station Rehabilitation- COMPLETED

The lift station rehab consisted of upsizing the Force Main capacity from a 6’’ to an 8’’ line and replacing the main control panel and terminal boxes. The third largest lift station in the City, it’s responsible for taking most of the sanitary sewer on the west side of the City to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Attached are pictures before and after the completion of the project.

Final project cost: $355,450.00
