Tips to Help Conserve Water

  • June 22 was the last substantial rain event to date.
  •  July 2023 is the highest water pumpage total ever in the history of Shenandoah with 58,606,000 gallons pumped. 
  • Typical July pumpage is 37,548,000; the July 2023 record is a 56% increase. 
  • Some residents are experiencing higher utility bills due to increased water use. If you have questions about your bill, call 281-298-5522 and select the UB option or email billing@shenandoahtx.us. Please refer to these water conservation tips and take steps to minimize water use as much as possible.
