Every home in Shenandoah that the Civic Club can access is eligible to be named Yard of the Month. Some of the yards named are tended by the homeowners; some of the selections may be tended by lawn services. Some selected are tended by a combination of the owner and service. But this is the first home picked that is both --- tended by homeowners who also own their lawn service!
The June Civic Club's Yard of the Month is 15 Markham Grove Place, owned by Rose and Joe Baumhogger. Moving to Shenandoah about two years ago, the co-owners of Frazier Lawn Service and Landscape used their talents to totally redo and redesign their yard. The result is a blend of colors and shapes that draw the eyes to every corner of the property. The new cypress bench makes a great place to sit and watch the world go by... or visit with your neighbors on their evening stroll. Congratulations on your beautiful yard
