The Civic Club's Yard of the Month for April is 28906 Twisted Oak, owned by Dick and Debbie Carpenter, Shenandoah residents of over 50 years. The yard looks so cool and peaceful that it draws the eye into every corner of the manicured property. What a beautiful place to spend the afternoon!
