ITEM 6: Presentation of Recognition to Kevin Brady-Retired U.S. Representative Kevin Brady was honored by Mayor John Escoto and the Shenandoah City Council after 26 years of service to our area. No action required.
ITEM 7: Reward of Tamina Community Water.Sewer ARPA Project Bids -On February 28, city staff received two statements of qualifications in response to a RFQ published in February seeking qualified engineers to provide design services for the Tamina Community Water and Sewer project. Two respondents provided their information for rating, Bleyl Engineering and Odyssey Engineering Group; Bleyl Engineering received 91 out of 100 and Odyssey Engineering Group received 73 out of 100. Staff recommends Bleyl Engineering to provide engineering services for this project Council voted 5-0 to approve Bleyl to design the project.

- Arbor Day on March 4 was a great event with 35 people, 14 children and 6 dogs in attendance. Trees, flowers and plants were available for attendees. Special thanks to The Woodlands Garden Club for their help with gardening questions.
