Significant Activity and Calls for Service for November 13-19

Arrests

Driving While Intoxicated – IH-45 @ S.H. 242 – Dispatch aired an attempt to locate on a possible DWI vehicle.  The vehicle was located and stopped.  After an investigation, the driver was arrested for DWI.

Theft – 19100 block of IH-45 – Suspect arrested after they stole merchandise from a local retail store.  

Unlawful Carry of Weapon / Warrant Service – A traffic stop and subsequent investigation led to the arrest of one person for UCW and open warrants, and two other individuals for open warrants.  

Evading Arrest / Warrant Service – Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop but the suspect vehicle fled for a short distance before the driver stopped the vehicle and then fled on foot.  The suspect was eventually located and was arrested for evading and open warrants.  

Driving While Intoxicated – 100 block of Vision Park – A traffic stop and subsequent investigation led to the arrest of one suspect for DWI.  

Driving While Intoxicated – 100 block of - Pine Forest – A suspicious vehicle investigation led to the arrest of one person for DWI.

Narcotics / Warrant Service – 100 block of Vision Park – A traffic stop and subsequent investigation led to the arrest of one suspect for possession of illegal prescription narcotics and open warrants.  

Driving While Intoxicated – 17500 block of IH-45 – A traffic stop ad subsequent investigation led to the arrest of one suspect for DWI.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle – 19400 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a Ford F150 and stole a firearm.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle – 19000 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a Ford F150 and stole an insurance card and damaged the rearview mirror.

Theft – 19000 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspects stole merchandise from local retail store.  

Theft – 19000 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspects stole merchandise from local retail store.  

Theft – 19000 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspects stole merchandise from local retail store.  

Theft – 19000 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspects stole merchandise from local retail store.

Disturbance Call – Residential – Dispatched call related to a verbal disturbance at a local residence.  

Recovered Firearm – 18600 block of Residence Dr. – Guest at a local hotel left a firearm on the premises.  Firearm was recovered and stored for safekeeping.
