ITEM 4: MDD Monthly Cash Flow Report - - As requested by MDD, staff has created a visual for a 5-year cash flow projection for the MDD as well as a monthly cash flow report for future agendas. Discussion only.
ITEM 5: Toddler Park Parking - At the October meeting, MDD asked staff to design and provide cost estimates to add parking spaces at the Toddler Park. The Board expressed interest in funding the parking. President Bevers asked staff to bring options back to MDD next month with feedback from Council. Discussion only.
ITEM 6: Vision Park Detention Pond- The project is currently under redesign to be expanded to create an amenity. The additional capacity will allow the city the opportunity to offer detention to redevelopment on the southbound service road. MDD went into an executive session at 6:36 pm to meet with the city attorney. They returned to open session at 6:41 pm. MDD voted 5-0 to fund additional expenses to complete the project. with changes to also include adjustment of the CIP.
ITEM 7: Approval of Minutes from July 18, August 25 and October 27 Regular Meetings- MDD voted 5-0 to approve the minutes as presented.
ITEM 8: Ratification of October, November and December Accounts Payable- MDD voted 5-0 to ratify the accounts payable.
