City Administrator 

As Interim City Administrator, JosephPeart oversees all operations within the City of Shenandoah. He is responsible for developing and executing organizational and strategic plans, managing major projects, supervising and directing department heads, performing detailed financial analysis, and preparing the annual city budget.


About City Administrator  

Peart brings solid experience from both city and business management as well as Public Works and Law Enforcement experience. Appointed by City Council in April 2018, Peart is the new Interim City Administrator.
