City Administrator 

As Interim City Administrator, Kathie Reyer oversees all operations within the City of Shenandoah. She is responsible for developing and executing organizational and strategic plans, managing major projects, supervising and directing department heads, performing detailed financial analysis, and preparing the annual city budget.


About City Administrator  

Reyer brings solid experience from both city and business management as well as City Secretary experience. Appointed by City Council in August 2017, Reyer is the new Interim City Administrator.
