Town Hall Meeting Set for May 15

Town Hall meeting graphic 3

The City of Shenandoah will hold a Town Hall Meeting at 7 pm May 15 to discuss the topics of new city parks and the possibility of a community event room.

The results of a recent park survey will be presented to attendees. The survey asked residents their feelings on whether there was need for a new park, what type park they would like to see added and what location did they feel would be best.

Another area for discussion is the possibility of a community event room. Many residents have requested that the city look at providing space that could be used by groups and residents for events such as showers, birthday parties or civic club meetings.

Join us as we discuss these topics on May 15. Hope to see you there!
