The 2020 Census is more than a population count.

It’s an opportunity to shape the future of your community.

Through your social media channels, your voice can make a difference.

Not into social media? Get the facts you need for your discussions at the  Census 2020 website.

Take the Pledge

You can inspire others. Tell everyone—your friends and family, your neighbors and co-workers—that you will complete the census, and tell them why it’s important that they respond too. Census results have an impact on planning and funding for health clinics and highways, fire departments and disaster response, education programs such as Head Start and college tuition assistance, and so much more.

Download one of our pledges to share with your friends and followers on social media.

Share the Word

Through your social media channels, you can help shape your community.  Share interesting facts, true stories, and how-to guides to encourage your friends and family members to participate in the 2020 Census. Download images and graphics and share them with your social networks.

The 2020 Census marks the first time that you can respond to the census online, by phone, or by mail. Sign up below for updates and to get a reminder when it’s time to respond.

An accurate count is critical to communities across the country. Don’t let misinformation keep your friends and family members from responding.

One of the best ways you can show your support for the 2020 Census is by making sure you know the facts. Review basic facts about the 2020 Census and how the Census Bureau protects your data—and then share these facts with others.
